The lubricant is long-term for fisting Crisco is a fat originally used in the kitchen, but it also works as a fantastic lubricant. The long lasting formula stays in place even during the sessions of fisting more intensive. Crisco should not be used with latex, including condoms, because that may degrade the rubber.
