The Pure Vibes comes in two different versions, one with electrodes, self-adhesive and the other a little more face with electrodes, and silicone permanent. The self-adhesive electrodes can be used repeatedly but have a useful life much shorter than the electrodes of silicone. On the positive side, they are extremely flexible - much more than the silicon, whose isolation unilaterally takes away some flexibility.
